2. Informational & Estimation Nature (No Professional Advice)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All calculators, rate estimators, HSN guides, and land measurement utilities on ToolsIn are provided solely for educational, preliminary estimation, and informational purposes.
- Not CA/Tax Advice: GST rules, input tax credit eligibility, and rate slabs can vary based on individual business registrations, turnover thresholds, and specific state notifications. Our calculators do not constitute chartered accountancy, legal, or tax filing advice.
- Not Legal Property Valuation: Land measurement conversions (e.g. Kanal, Marla, Killa, Acre) rely on standard revenue assumptions. Actual mutation, deed registration, and boundary demarcations must be verified against certified Jamabandi / Fard revenue records.

5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ToolsIn, its authors, or operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including financial loss, tax penalties, or real estate dispute costs. Users must consult licensed Chartered Accountants or revenue advocates for formal transactions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
